Food, shelter, and clothing- the three basic needs of life are now replaced with food, shelter, clothing, and
education. But the ultimate reason for getting all these is to fulfill the hunt for happiness. We all want to
become happy, follow a certain path to achieve happiness, and desire to keep that happiness with us forever,
and this is where we make mistakes. Lord Buddha said ‘There is no path to Happiness; Happiness is a path’.
Therefore we need to understand that Happiness is not a destination to be achieved; rather it is a journey to
adore and cherish the moments in between.
But, is becoming happy or walking through ‘the bed of roses’ so easy? Eventually, the answer is NO. So,
what can be the key factors to remain happy? Come, let’s discover the tips down the lane.
We all have learnt from childhood that ‘Health is Wealth’. So, taking care of health to remain happy is
utmost important. When it comes to health, we are mainly concerned about our physical health. Taking
mental health into consideration is also significant. For having sound physical health, indulge yourself in
good food habits and make any form of exercise an integral part of your daily routine. For mental wellness,
practice meditation regularly.
Feel gratitude and learn how to express it. Just smile and say a Thank-You. Secondly, be generous and
careful to everyone who comes in your way. Start with small, donate things which are least important to
you, whether it is food, clothes, books, toys or whatever, feel free and proud to share your happiness with
someone who needs it.
The coronavirus pandemic has taught the real values of life over materialistic things. So, instead of
searching Euphoria, cultivate the act of creating it, then the world will be a better place to live.
